Bylaws and Policies & Procedures Committee


The Bylaws and Policies & Procedures committee reviews the bylaws, policies and procedures annually and submits proposed amendments or revisions as needed to ensure the organization is operating by accepted business operating procedures. Reviews all resolutions prior to being submitted to the membership for vote.
