REGION VI DIRECTOR

Stephanie Teskey - Arizona

  • View Bio

Stephanie is a sixth-generation rancher from Yavapai County, Arizona. Along with her family, she runs the Dugas and Sycamore Ranch, both commercial cow-calf operations. In 2020, she founded a small, direct-to-consumer beef business called Dugas Beef.

Stephanie attended Colorado State University and received a bachelor’s in agricultural business. She has always been very active in her community both on a county and state level. Stephanie currently serves on the board for Arizona State Cowbelles, the Secretary of the Arizona Cattle Growers, and board for Yavapai Cattle Growers, just to name a few. During her time as Arizona State Cowbelles President she worked to bring new ideas to the organization and get the membership involved again post covid. One of the programs that came out of that effort was the Annual Influencer Tour. Each year with the help of the Arizona Beef Council, ASC welcomes prominent social media influencers to a ranch for a tour in hopes that they will then share the experience with their own following. Each influencer is paired with a Cowbelle to ensure they can have continued conversation and ask questions in a welcoming environment. This has been an excellent way to reach consumers where they are.

In addition to her responsibilities on her own ranch, she also works for AgriWebb, the leading ranch management platform provider globally. In her position as Strategic Partnerships Manager, Stephanie focuses on producer relations and works on sustainability and supply chain projects for the cow calf sector. Prior to her role with AgriWebb, she worked at the Arizona Department of Agriculture and served as a lieutenant overseeing law enforcement operations across the northern half of the state. She looks forward to continuing her work empowering ranchers to be their own best advocates and continue ranching for generations to come.
