Welcome to the ANCW Legislation Committee page!

The ANCW Legislation Committee works on behalf of ANCW members all across the country. We stay up to date on legislation happening on both the national and state levels. With a push of the “send” button, we can have the latest legislative issue sent out to thousands of women all over the country in seconds. ANCW members start dialing phones, sending e-mails and even mailing letters to politicians to help preserve and advance cattle production in the United States.

Annual Legislative Visits
The American National CattleWomen have hosted Annual Legislative Visits for the past four years with incredible success. In 2025, the legislative event was held in DC in early October. Stay tuned for information on next year's event!
Schedule Visits to the Hill from Your State!
Many state ANCW members and NCBA members come together on the state level to meet with their local Senators and Congressmen. Some states have agriculture days throughout the year to educate their elected officials by serving breakfast or lunch and taking members on Hill visits.

b. Find your elected officials
c. Subscribe to our mailing list: Click the “Go” button and fill in the required fields to receive up to date information on beef policy issues and call-to-action requests.
