Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall:
1. Act on recommendations from the Executive Committee, committee chairs, and/or motions from the floor.
2. Give final approval to Resolutions presented at the Summer Meeting.
3. Have the authority to set dues.
4. Recognize that any member may designate an alternate representative to the Board of Directors Meeting in her absence. Proxy notice shall be in writing to the Credentials Approval Team prior to the opening of the Board of Directors Meeting.
5. Have proxies delivered to the Chair of the Board of Directors before the start of the meeting.
6. Allow no individual to carry more than one vote.
The Chair of the Board of Directors shall:
1. Be elected by General Membership at Annual meeting from the members at large.
2. Serve a one (1) year term and may be elected for a second one (1) year term for a total of two (2) consecutive terms.
3. Serve as a voting member of the Executive Committee.

*Board of Directors Members at Large are elected for 3 years (can serve 2 terms) and Collegiate member is elected for 1 year.
BOD Chair and Co-Chair serves 1 year term (and can serve up to 2 terms).
